Slowing Down

There are a couple of streams close to home that I walk along often. When life gets busy, as it seems to be lately, I find it absolutely necessary to step off the “treadmill” and slow down. This spot is one that I know well. In early and late winter the sun rises over this cascade so my visits are more frequent :-) Photo © copyright by Patrick Zephyr.
