The Morning Star

Venus is the brightest planet in the solar system. When venus is west of the sun, she rises before the sun in the morning and is known as the Morning Star. Venus is the planet closes to earth and is the hottest planet (860 degrees F) in the solar system, even hotter than Mercury which is closer to the sun!!! Photo © copyright by Patrick Zephyr.
