Winter Pink
Quabbin Reservoir, MA
This is a re-edit from a capture last winter. It was crazy cold and I slipped all over the ice and almost fell into the water while trying to get to this spot for this composition. There was a think sheet of slippery ice covering the snow that had piled up on the shoreline of the Quabbin Reservoir. Two feet of snow the following morning made sure I didn't have another crack at this composition again. In fact, I have been back to this location many time in the past two winters and never seen anything close to this on the shoreline!!! Moments in time!!! Photo © copyright by Patrick Zephyr.
